Kimerly Christie is a transformation and strategy leader with 15+ years of experience helping organizations improve how work gets done, how teams align, and how performance is sustained. Her background spans operations, process improvement, business transformation, continuous improvement, workflow redesign, facilitation, and cross‑functional execution across healthcare, human services, and complex operational environments. She has led work that improved cycle times, reduced manual effort, strengthened service delivery, improved workforce and business processes, and created measurable financial impact. Her experience includes standing up programs from the ground up, serving as the sole Black Belt across organizations, embedding cultures of excellence, facilitating strategic and operational working sessions, and supporting leaders across multiple functions. Kimerly founded Level Up Consultancy to bring the kind of rigor, structure, and strategic thinking often associated with larger firms into a more agile, right‑sized, and hands-on consulting model. The goal is to help each organization solve the problems that matter most in a way that fits its people, priorities, and operating reality.

Her work spans multiple levels of the organization, from diagnosing performance barriers and redesigning workflows to improving hiring and service processes. She facilitates Kaizens and working sessions and helps align teams around execution so leaders can move from reactive firefighting to more disciplined and sustainable performance.
